1. General

Despite careful content control, we assume no liability for the content of external links. The operators are solely responsible for the content of the linked pages. The rights to all brands and trademarks mentioned and used lie exclusively with their owners.


These conditions apply to all transactions, contracts and offers, such as services and the sale of products, that come into being or are concluded between Esthetic Cosmetic Medical Center AG and the customer. Exceptions to transactions that do not fall under the general terms and conditions must be communicated in writing.

2. Transport / Insurance

Shipping is at the risk of the recipient; the post office is liable for any damage caused in transit.

3. Service

The service provider Esthetic Cosmetic Medical Center AG carries out its services to the customer to the best of its knowledge and belief and in accordance with the latest industry standards. If changes to the standards occur, the service provider will inform the customer before the service begins.

4. Making an appointment and billing method in the event of an appointment being canceled or not being kept

Appointments are made bindingly by Esthetic Cosmetic Medical Center AG. If it is necessary to cancel or postpone a confirmed appointment, the customer should notify this in good time and as soon as possible, at least 24 hours before the appointment.


If the appointment is not canceled on time or not canceled at all, the service provider has the right to charge the customer for the loss of earnings:


- Appointment cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment: 0% of the treatment price

- Delay: 100% of the treatment price

- No appointment cancellation 100% of the treatment price

5. Subscriptions and vouchers or beauty check

Subscriptions and vouchers are non-transferable and are valid for one year from the date of issue unless special written agreements have been made.

6. Prices

The prices for services and products must be published in the studio. The prices shown must include the statutory VAT. Price increases must be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. Offers are only valid during the published period and are valid while stocks last. The customer must pay for the service or product immediately following the treatment or purchase.

7. Treatment of minors

Minors will only be treated with the written consent of their legal guardian. We do not treat young people under the age of 16.


Apprentices and students receive a 20% discount on all treatments from Monday to Friday.

8. Contagious diseases/infections

The customer is obliged to inform the service provider about contagious diseases/infections etc. as soon as they become known or to answer truthfully if asked. Furthermore, Esthetic Cosmetic Medical Center AG reserves the right to refuse treatment to customers if the treatment could pose a danger to the service provider or other people.

9. Termination of treatment

If a customer cancels a treatment or subscription prematurely for health, financial or personal reasons, Esthetic Cosmetic Medical Center AG will invoice the treatments used up to that point and retain a processing fee of 10% of the outstanding amount.

10. IPL laser treatments

The treatment results and the fixed price for hair removal offers can only be guaranteed if the treatment intervals are adhered to on your own responsibility. In the event of hormonal changes (menopause, pregnancy, changing the contraceptive method, stopping the pill, etc.), treatment results can be subsequently influenced. Such changes are not covered by the fixed price offer. In individual cases, permanent hair removal can lead to hair growing back.

11. Personal Information and Privacy

The customer assures that he will pass on all personal data and information relevant to the professional treatment of the requested service to the studio and/or the service provider. This data is stored in writing or electronically in the customer file. The studio or the service provider undertakes to use this data only for the purpose of the service to be provided, taking into account the data protection clauses, and not to pass on the data to third parties or outside persons without the customer's written consent.

12. Confidentiality

Esthetic Cosmetic Medical Center AG, its employees and management are obliged to keep all information discussed during the treatment or service secret and treat it confidentially. Information is considered confidential if the customer expressly requests this or if this is to be expected based on the content of the information. Confidentiality will be lifted if this is required by law and Esthetic Cosmetic Medical Center AG is released from the confidentiality clause.

13. Liability

Esthetic Cosmetic Medical Center AG, its employees and management assume no liability if the customer suffers damage due to insufficient information provided by the customer. This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to physical requirements, medical or medication-related conditions or activities outside the studio. Esthetic Cosmetic Medical Center AG is not responsible for loss or damage to the customer's personal items or property brought into the studio.

14. Damage and Theft



Esthetic Cosmetic Center reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage caused by the customer. Shoplifting will be reported.

15. Complaints and Complaints

If the customer has a complaint or complaint about the service or the purchased product, this must be reported to the Esthetic Cosmetic Medical Center as quickly as possible, but no later than 5 days after the reason for the complaint has been identified. Esthetic Cosmetic Medical Center must provide an acceptable solution to resolve the complaint within the following 5 working days. If the complaint is justified, the Esthetic Cosmetic Medical Center must carry out the complained work again without additional payment or replace the complained product. If the complaint is not resolved to the customer's satisfaction, this can also be decided by an arbitration board or in court.

16. Behaviors

The customer undertakes to display appropriate behavior during his visit to the studio. If the customer continues to behave inappropriately despite a warning, the management has the right to expel the customer from the studio and, if necessary, impose a ban on the customer.

17. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for legal clarification of discrepancies is Erlenbach.
